  • Demonstrate your problem-solving skills and ability to work in teams by working with fellow recruits to solve a business problem. Focus on bringing out your best general knowledge, logical reasoning, and communication skills.

  • Come learn about all types of different industries and disciplines and get some career advice from Gamma brothers. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your resume and get feedback on your professional skills.

  • Expand your network and learn from DSP alumni navigating their early careers. This panel and open networking format will allow you to ask questions and gain meaningful insight and advice into the professional world.

  • Get to know the brothers and other recruits through a competitive and fun game night. Use this opportunity to let loose and learn more about each other in a social environment!

  • Highlight your past professional experiences and your goals for the future through one-on-one meetings with brothers. These interviews will serve as your chance to demonstrate why you may be a good fit for DSP and ask questions you might have about the road to brotherhood.
